We've narrowed down the turnaround process into 3 distinct phases to help you gauge how long it may take to your item to be seviced and returned.
Post your item to our warehouse using the Master Service Form which will be available in your order confirmation email, postage details may also be found here.
We recommend using a tracked postage service so that you can always keep an eye on your item.
Don't forget to include your details and a copy of the completed Master Service form along with your item.
The sooner we can receive your item, the quicker we can begin the servicing process on it.
We aim to have your item serviced within 3 to 5 working days once it arrives at our warehouse.
We will send your item back to you via a 48hr postage service. You will recieve an email with the tracking number, and will also be able to view the progress online on your account.
