When we service your dryer, we clean it to remove all hair, dirt and carbon particles. We check the brushes and switches for wear and replace them if necessary. Motors and motor carbon brushes are also checked. We inspect and change the filters, both internal and external..
With each repair, you will receive a full engineer’s report detailing the work and parts used.
Your repair is guaranteed for a period of 60 days from date of dispatch, this means that if any parts which we have replaced fail within 60 days, then we will re-repair it and return the machine to you free of charge.
If another part fails within 60 days, then you will only pay for that particular part and the labour charge will be free.
You will be charged a non-refundable inspection fee, which will be credited against your bill if you proceed with your quotation.
Please note: If you decide not to proceed with the repair, then the dryer will be returned to you in a dismantled state.

Please confirm your dryer is on the list below before shipping to us. If we recieve a Clipper not on this list our engineers will be unable to service it, and it'll be returned, thus losing your non-refundable inspection fee. If you have any doubts or queries please don't hesitate to contact us.
